(For high school and GED graduates)

  1. Submit the Application for Admissions
  2. Pay the one-time $25 application fee at the time of your application.
  3. Take the ACCUPLACER® placement test and/or turn in SAT, ACT, ASSET or COMPASS® scores. NOTE: Students may review the Placement Requirements to see alternative placement options. Please see an ATC Admissions counselor for more information.
  4. Submit official High School / GED® Transcript.
  5. Previous college transcripts are not required for admissions, however official transcripts from previous colleges attended must be submitted if:
    1. Students are requesting to have prior college credit evaluated for transfer (transcripts must be received from the college where the credit was earned).
    2. Intend on using a funding source that requires the evaluation of prior college credit, such as HOPE Scholarship or Veterans Educational Benefits, must submit all post-secondary transcripts along with their admission application.
    3. Students utilizing previous college work for placement purposes or to waive the high school/high school equivalency requirement.
    4. Previous college transcripts may be required for competitive health admissions.
  6. Submit proof of Georgia Residency / Verification of Lawful Presence in the US.
