Student Individuality
Each student has their own educational journey that is specific to them. We make a connection with the student and build upon that relationship. A part of our job is helping students to remember their goals, dreams, and visions by offering support and words of encouragement and showing them the big picture.
How We Help
- Our Retention Coordinator receive Early Alerts. The coordinator will call and email students to help connect them to the proper resources.
- The coordinator meets with students that are on Academic Probation to discuss plans that will help them get back into good academic standing.
- After this meeting, the coordinator and student will come up with academic plans based on their need to help get the retention holds lifted.
