They work within organizations that use computer systems, for computer hardware or software vendors, or for third-party organizations that provide support services on a contractual basis. Support specialists are usually differentiated between technical support specialists and help-desk technicians.

The hardware lab includes machines that students upgrade, install and test.
ATC is Microsoft, CompTIA, Amazon Web Services Academy. Students have access to free software, additional training, discount and vouchers for industry certifications. All of our courses within the major include labs.
