The Career Services Office at Athens Technical College is a unit of the Student Affairs Division. Our mission is to provide students with assistance in learning about the world of work, developing job search skills, and locating suitable employment opportunities. We offer access to career-related tools, such as the Georgia Career Information System, where students can find career exploration inventories, as well as information on how to develop resumes, write cover letters, and polish interview skills.
Career-related workshops are offered each semester on all Athens Technical College campuses. We cover a variety of topics, including career exploration and job search skills, and we design these activities to help students learn strategies and techniques on how to be successful in a competitive job market. Individual appointments for career consultation are also available.
Opportunities for employment are advertised online through our Athens Technical College Job Referral Listings.
