Drop/Add Classesfor Fall Semester 2015

Students will be able to complete the Drop/Add process online via the BannerWeb student registration system; however, they will have to complete the process in person or send an e-mail to Registration and Records from their ATC student e-mail account if they decide to drop all classes for the term. Assistance with the Drop/Add process will be available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m at the Office of Registration and Records on the Athens Campus, the Office of Student Affairs on the Elbert County Campus, the Director's Office on the Greene County Campus, and the Director's Office at the Walton County Campus. Students who register and then drop courses will receive a full refund of tuition paid for a reduction in credit hours below 15 hours (reductions that result in a schedule of 15 or more credit hours are not eligible for a refund). Students will receive a full refund of tuition and fees (excluding late fees and application fees) if they withdraw from all classes.The college will not issue refunds to student who withdraw from some or all of their classes after August 26. Furthermore, the college will not issue refunds to students who stop attending classes and do not complete the formal withdrawal process.

Drop/Add Payment Deadline for Fall Semester 2015 and the First Minimester (4:00 p.m. Deadline)

Students who add classes during the official Drop/Add period must pay their tuition and fees in full before the end of the fifth day of the term. Failure to pay any instructional or technology support fees, supply fee, malpractice insurance, graduation fee, radiation badge fee, fuel surcharges, or any other fee or charge not covered by financial aid and not electronically authorized will result in students being withdrawn from their classes. Students who are administratively withdrawn from classes after the drop/add payment deadline and erroneously sit through the class during the semester will have to pay tuition and fees in full prior to receiving a grade for the course.

Students will be able to complete the Drop/Add process online via the BannerWeb student registration system; however, they will have to complete the process in person or send an e-mail to Registration and Records from their ATC student e-mail account if they decide to drop all classes for the term. Assistance with the Drop/Add process will be available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m in the Office of Registration and Records on the Athens Campus, the Office of Student Affairs on the Elbert County Campus, the Director's Office on the Greene County Campus, and the Director's Office on the Walton County Campus. Students who register and then drop courses will receive a full refund of tuition paid for a reduction in credit hours below 15 hours (reductions that result in a schedule of 15 or more credit hours are not eligible for a refund). Students will receive a full refund of tuition and fees (excluding late fees and application fees) if they withdraw from all classes.The college will not issue refunds to students who withdraw from some or all of their classes after October 20. Students taking the test on December 4 must have preregistered for the NLN Pre-Admission test in room H-772(Athens Campus)by November 25. They also must have paid a $60 non-refundable testing fee to take the NLN test. Students must bring photo identification and the cashier's receipt to the testing session. Preparation information is available for the NLN on the National League for Nursing website (www.nln.org). Go to Test Products and then Pre-Admission Exams. Additional test preparation information is available from the contact person for this event.
