Derry W. Drake is CEO of Prestige Foods Corporation. Prestige Foods Corporation was founded in December 2002. Prestige Foods specializes in institutional food service and catering and serves a clientele which includes county and state governments, federal agencies, K-12 public schools, K-12 private academies, colleges and universities. Currently, Prestige Foods prepares and serves over 116,000 meals per month.
Prior to becoming CEO of Prestige Foods, Derry Drake was an executive management consultant for 12 years. The last five years of his consulting career was spent as an executive consultant for IBM in the elite IBM Business Consulting Services' (BCS), Strategy Consulting Internal Practice based in White Plains, NY.
Mr. Drake holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, specializing in Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance and also a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Georgia. He is Serv-Safe Certified by the National Restaurant Association. Mr. Drake is also a certified arbitrator and serves as a neutral arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Dispute Settlement Board.
Mr. Drake serves on the board of the Institute for Community and Organizational Development (ICOD) where he is the chairman of the board. He is also a member of the Athens Technical College Foundation Board of Trustees.
