The Office of Registration & Records is responsible for the oversight of academic advising, course registration, academic records keeping and dissemination, and BannerWeb functions as they relate to students. Academic Advising - The focus of academic advising is to ensure that all students are informed about the course requirements, degree options, and career opportunities associated with their chosen program of study and to, where necessary, assist students in choosing a program of study appropriate for them. Information under this link includes: College Catalog, Programs of Study, etc.
Course Registration - This function of the Office of Registration & Records is designed to assist students in enrolling in their courses in a timely and efficient manner. Information under this link includes: Class Schedule, Drop/Add/Withdrawal Procedures, Registration Procedures, Registration Dates, No Show Policy, BannerWeb, Final Exam Schedule, etc.
Academic Records - The Office of Registration & Records is charged with maintaining and disseminating student academic records such as grades, degree awards, and transfer credit evaluation. Information under this link includes: the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Enrollment/Degree Verifications, and Transcript Requests, etc.
